PEERS operates via three topic teams - Healthy Relationships, Alcohol and Drug Education (ADE), and Sexual Assault and Violence Education (SAVE). Each team is led by a Team Lead, who helps to lead the planning and administrative tasks associated with events and campaigns. Team Leads are expected to spend 4-6 hours per week in the office (Office of the Dean of Students) to allow them adequate time to plan and complete these tasks. Teams are also overseen by the Student Coordinator, who organizes and assists all of the topic teams and the overarching PEERS program. The Student Coordinator oversees the planning and execution of PEERS events, spending 10-12 hours per week in the office.
